A good silhouette starts with a good photo. Use a clear, well-lit shot where your pet's face is sharp, ideally looking toward the camera. Daylight helps, and so does a simple background. The more clearly we can see the eyes, nose and ears, the better the cut turns out.
Not every photo converts well, and that's normal. If the one you send doesn't, we'll ask you for a different one before moving ahead, so you never get a shape you didn't approve.
